Platform role
- Intermediary: We provide tools for communication between parties.
- Limited liability: We do not guarantee quality or legality of services performed.
User rights & duties
Customer duties:
- Provide accurate load and route information.
- Pay for completed services on time.
- Provide conditions needed to complete the job.
Provider duties:
- Perform services as agreed.
- Transport cargo safely.
- Meet agreed deadlines and terms.
Responsibility: The customer is responsible for payment and accurate data; the provider for quality and timing.
Disputes
Disputes are resolved through negotiation or legal channels. VantageOK is not an arbitrator.
Privacy
We comply with data protection law. See our Privacy policy.
Force majeure
The platform, customers, and providers are not liable for failure to perform due to force majeure.
